Send your letter to the Baronage and to me \u2013 baron(at)debatablelands.org, baroness(at)debatablelands.org, and seneschal(at)debatablelands.org. The deadline for letters is Thursday, 1 February 2018 to allow sufficient time for your letter to be reviewed by the Officers\u2019 prior to the February Business Meeting on 7 February 2018.
