Siege of Harlech Castle<\/h1>\n

Saturday, August 5th, 2012<\/p>\n

Once again the Welsh and English shall fight over Harlech Castle, including fighting in the woods, the narrowed meadow, and spears on the drawbridge! Combat archers are needed on both sides, throwers shall find their targets, and the young shall fight this day. We plan youth battles in the woods and on the drawbridge as well. To while away the siege, there will be music and dancing in the Great Hall. Mistress Illadore deBedegrayne shall prepare a fine feast when the siege ends.<\/p>\n

The battle shall be Saturday, August 24th, 2013 with the site open 9 am \u2013 <\/span>9 pm. Sponsored by the Barony Marche of Debatable Lands, the event will be at 755 Stonegate Dr, Wexford, PA 15090. Autocrats are Baron Byron of Haverford (mka Char Branstetter) and Baroness Ariella of Thornbury (mka Cara McCandless).<\/p>\n

Please send preregistration for lunch and feast since feast is limited to approximately 60 gentles. For an adult, lunch only (off-board) is $5; each child’s lunch (off-board) is $3. An adult lunch and feast (on-board) is $15 total; a child’s lunch and feast (on-board) is $8.<\/p>\n
