Sewing circle will resume Thursday September 5th at Hara Kikumatsu’s house. The new location is 1105 Shady Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15232. The time is still 7:30-9:30. Both hand sewing and machine sewing are encouraged and any level of sewing is welcome. If you use a sewing machine, there are two regular machines, one serger, and a single color embroidery machine here. If you wish to arrange to use the embroidery machine, you should contact Master Ishiyama Gen’tarou Yori’ie, the expert on that machine. If you know you will be using a machine or ironing board extensively, you may want to bring your own, so you don’t need to wait to use the equipment here.
