There was a very nice turnout for the invasion of Ballachlagan, including some of our friends from St. Swithin’s Bog.

We worked on some melee tactics and had plenty of people to fight one-on-ones with as well.

In that spirit let’s continue this next Sunday at Silva Vulcani at their fencing muster.

The following was just passed along to me by the Seneschal of Meridies.  If you are driving to Gulf Wars you should pay attention to this as this closure does effect one of the major routes south from some parts of Æthelmearc.  The report notes that the road could be closed for up to three weeks.

I wanted to inform the populace of your Great and Fair Kingdom about the Road Closure of I75 South in Tennessee. As you may already know this, I just wanted to touch base with you so that those headed south for Gulf Wars can choose another route to war besides I75.

Please post this information in those places you deem appropriate to relieve your citizens from being stuck for hours in slow and standing traffic on the way to Gulf Wars using I75.

Greetings heavy fighters,

Heavy practice will resume at its normal location, the Pittsburgh Environmental Charter School, on Sunday, February 21, beginning at 2 PM.

I know some people will still be at the Adult Swim Fighter Practice in Milton, PA, so if those who will be in town for the local practice can let me know that they will be there, it will help for planning purposes.

Winter practices are held at the Environmental Charter School at 829 Milton Ave. in Regent Square.

• Youth practice is ? 2pm to 5pm
• Fencing practice is ON 2pm to 5pm as far as I know.
• Heavy Fighting practice is ON 2pm to 5pm

  10am Morning court
  11am Drop off closes for Baronial A&S Championship
  12pm Lunch is served
 1-2pm Hilda and Brandubh will sit in state
 1-2pm Kingdom-wide choir practice for coronation
 2-3pm Order of the Fleur d'AEthelmearc
3:30pm BMDL Choir Concert
   4pm Evening court
6:30pm Feast
   9pm Site closes

Throughout the day: BMDL HIstory Display, Heraldry Consult Table, BMDL A&S Championship, Fine items fundraising auction for BMDL, and merchants.

As always, the schedule is subject to change but we’ll do our absolute best to keep this day flowing as planned!
