HELP WANTED!!!

We need help with setting up on Friday evening to make sure that the site is ready for our guests on Saturday morning. Many hands make light work and we are hoping that you can join us at Camp Lutherlyn at 6p on Friday, 27 October 2023.

We will need help with the following:

The changing areas
The Royalty space
The Pavilion for TRMs to view the field
An additional 10×10 for TRMs on the field
Signage for the site
Signage for the directional signs
Moving the picnic tables under the Dogwood Pavilion to make space for court/dancing
Setting up the space for the Kitchen (outdoors)
Unloading the larder into Wallace Lodge for the use of the cook

On Saturday morning we will need help with hanging banners in the Dogwood Pavilion as they will be arriving on Saturday morning. I will need a few people to help with that just to get it done quickly.

At Archery Practice on Sunday 10/22/23 THLord Godzimir the Golden won the honor of being the new Defender of the Sky List for the Archery Stellar Tournament. Vivat to Godzmir newest Stellar Champion!

The Stellar Tournament for the Sky List for Archery will resume on Sunday 10/22/23 at Archery Practice at the Washington Blvd site as we seek a new champion. Weather is looking to be cool, but mostly dry. So bring your bow and test your skill against our archers!

Greetings noble populace!

There is an opportunity to get a bit of dancing in on Friday October 20, 2023 at 6 pm. The location is John McMillan Presbyterian Church 875 Clifton Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15102

Gwendolyn Grace will be joining to teach the dances that will be on the setlist for the Baronial Investiture, so it is be a great time for newcomers to start dancing!

We will be in the main social hall of the church, just to the left inside the main entrance. Feel free to bring something tasty to share if so inclined.

Hi all from Niall!

The goats have relocated! (A little to the right, but enough for an archery range setup!) As such, we will be able to resume archery practice at our regular site on Washington Blvd., starting with today’s mid-week practice! Godzimir and I will be there starting at 4:30 pm with an open range for Royal Rounds, as well as a fall target for the Seasonal Society Archery Challenge.

The menu for Agincourt has been released — THL Deirdre Scot of Clann Scot will be creating a memorable feast with both English and French cuisine from the 14th century. The spaces are going fast and per-registration will be ending next Saturday, 14 October at midnight.

What’s an event as marvelous as Agincourt without A&S represented! I’ll be your humble hostess for the displays this year, and invite all to read the announcement below. A&S will have its own tent, just off of the main pavilion.

Greetings Noble Populace,

It is time for policy review. We have made some updates that were necessary to meet with The Society and Kingdom policies. We have suggested adding a few new things to make our Barony more inclusive and removed gendered language.

Please take the time to review these proposed changes. We will vote on them at the Business Meeting in December.
